Imitating the planes of a kite, the streamlined panels feature intriguing piping details, creating a sheltering inner, further accentuated by the voluminous profile of the cushions. A wooden frame in either black stained, dark brown stained, or light oak, featuring distinct conic-shaped legs, uplifts the design with tactile, natural materiality.
Jonas Wagell is a Swedish architect and designer born in 1973. The studio JWDA was founded in 2008 and is today located in a converted car repair shop in central Stockholm, but collaborations span from Scandinavia to China, Italy and North America.
