A FLOATING ISLAND

Mastered by acclaimed Luca Nichetto, the modular design of the Cinder Block Sofa allows you to work across 32 different modules and accompanying trays and tables to design the exact layout to elevate any interior project to new heights. Taking its name from light-weight low-density construction blocks, the massive design is balanced by the rounded upholstered components and black-stained, barely visible, legs, making the dense design resemble a floating island.

Luca Nichetto

In 2006 Luca Nichetto founded a multidisciplinary design studio in Venice, Italy, which specialised in industrial design, product design and design consultancy. From the very beginning, this studio collaborated with a number of different brands and organisations, quickly expanding its influence far beyond Venice and Italy’s borders.
