EVER INSPIRING

The new Wendelbo showroom in the heart of Copenhagen has opened its doors during 3DaysofDesign. Wendelbo will be displaying the new space as it has been envisioned in collaboration with Note Design Studio.

“Our aim for the showroom was to make it an ever inspiring and beautiful place to visit. It should express the core values of Wendelbo – elegance, timelessness and excellent craftmanship.

Since the location itself has such classic beauty, we rather tried not to do too much.  We have added distinct forms and rich materiality to frame and enhance the furniture.  The goal was to make the exhibition dynamic and to lift each furniture piece in a simple and minimalistic way.” Susanna Wåhlin from Note explains.

Along with the phenomenal concept presented in the showroom, Note Design Studio has designed the Mango chair. For 3DaysofDesign the Mango chair will be showcased in two versions in our showroom.

Note Design explains further “The Mango chair is probably one of the most comfortable lounge chairs on the market. The soft curves inside its shell were inspired by the mango fruit cut in a square pattern, and flipped inside out. Elegant, contemporary and super comfy!”.
